It is located in the lush and posh area of Quatre Bornes, known as 'Vieux Quatre Bornes', which is famous for its peaceful atmosphere, greenery, trees, flowers and people The apartment 1 includes a state-of-the-art alarm system and burglar-proof windows and doors. The common areas of the compound are covered by CCTV cameras, and the security of the whole compound is monitored by ‘Brinks’ security agency 24 x 7\. The price of the apartment covers costs of electricity, water, fixed telephone line, internet connection (WiFi), and gardening. So, no additional payment is required.
