No kitchen in the room, as expected. Old building but well modernised. Temp control in the room. Building and room access by keypad code.had no issues with the system. Staff were cordial and immediately responsive when contacted (phone and text). No elevator and no adjacent parking so something to keep in mind if you have limited mobility. The hotel has a covered garage with a few parking spaces. It is 300m from the hotel and small for larger vehicles. You need a physical key to get in and out, which is left in the room. Works well but requires some logistics.

Very nice and clean room, but a bit on the small side. Really good location and close to everything within Old Quebec City....many great restaurant options, including the 2 onsite restaurants that have fantastic menus.

The loft is clean, beautiful, and well-furnished. The building is old so there is some natural wear and tear but that only adds to the charm. The soundproofing is okay, not terrible, but you can hear other guests walking up the stairs and some minimal noise from the street. The kitchen has plenty of utensils, cups, plates, cookware, and small appliances, but the stovetops are quite worn and the teapot is badly rusted. There are no filters for the coffee maker, sponges, or paper towels, so you'll have to buy them yourself. Also, the tiles on the terrace are in rough shape and need to be replaced. Besides that, everything else was great. The area is convenient -- a short walk to Rue Saint Joseph and the Old City, even in winter. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

The room was very clean, and all amenities were working perfectly. The owners gave us a lot of attention: helped us park, allowed us to check in a bit early, and allowed us to keep the car in the parking lot a bit after check-out. Provided the city map and advice. Thank you very much! Our stay was amazing!
