Seul petit bémol, la douche est difficile d'accès lorsque l'on est un peu corpulent. "Fabulous host. Very knowledgable of the area, friendly and welcoming. Italy extremely warm in July, so the aircon made our stay much more comfortable. If you want a peaceful stay in beautiful Italy, away from the tourists then choose this place. Ferrara a beautiful place so a visit is essential. We loved Italy and will return!"

"Staying at Corte Stellata was wonderful. Emanuela, Gabrielle and Sophia were welcoming and helpful hosts. The apartment was beautifully appointed, clean and restful. It’s close proximity to Ferrara made it easy to see the historical highlights there, while it’s location in a rural village lent an authentic feel to our visit. Walking on the rural roads and dike along the Po was safe and easy. A lovely retreat!"

"Our stay at Corte Stellata was amazing. The apartment was spotlessly clean, cosy, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. It was very quiet and in an idyllic countryside setting. Our lovely hosts, Emanuela and Gabriele, were available if we needed anything and provided us with a wonderful bottle of Merlot wine when we arrived, which was delicious and much appreciated. "When you pay for a service and it’s 25 degrees outside and you get back to hotel after a long day at show you expect to have a room that the temperature is adequate to get a good nights sleep. The air conditioning was not yet operational. When I asked reception they told me it was not possible. So 5 sweaty nights sleeping with window opened. On the last morning at 7am there was no hot water. So I had to take a cold shower. I understand energy costs are hi in Italy but trying to save but cutting a/c and hot water is ridiculous!"
