Staff were great, room was superb, inroom dining lousy, location OK, checkin took forever, checkout was fast, i did not like the stale tobacco smell, even my "non-smoking" room case with a smelly ash tray "just in case"

We checked in and were given a room where the shower had an accumulation of hair and dirt from the previous guest.The maintenance is severely lacking ...there is virtually no monitoring of the housekeeping staff.The management offered apologies and changed our room...for a Hilton that should not be happening...especially when it is the most expensive hotel in this city

Lots of English channels!
At first i rated the location low, but after seeing downtown I was glad I stayed here. Away from the hustle bustle, it provided a really relaxing stay. It was easy to get a taxi and was 15 mins away from malls. Surprisingly, Jinjiang is very green with lots of flowering plants on the road so the drive is always pretty. The buffet dinner offering lots of seafood is spectacular. They have chefs who cook the seafood any way you want it, but also offers an option for you to cook it on your table with a hot pot of water. The gym is overlooking the Quanzhou River. Bedroom is big, has an office table, 2 lounging chairs, and TV has lots of English channels. Wifi is good, it provides access to google, viber and whatsapp, perfect for travellers. Concierge very efficient in arranging transport to Shaolin Temple.

Our stay was OK except for the breakfast. Staff needs more improvement / be more attentive and I hope they clean the table for the next guests. You can see the food stain from previous guests.

Room was very comfortable and had a nice view of the river area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub (take a swim cap). Only drawback is that being across the river and town area, you pretty have to rely on using a taxi to/from the subway and town. Despite that, would recommend if you want a quieter location.

Excellent hotel choice for Business Travelers!
This is a new hotel in the area and our vendor suggested this hotel. It was beautiful and well kept. More staff members needs to learn and speak English if this will become a hub for international travelers. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable and housekeeping does an amazing job. I would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel. Excellent concierge service.
Great hotel within easy reach of Quanzhou center (via taxi). Hotel is located the other side of the river to the city centre, but frequent taxis make it a good base for exploring. One point to bear in mind - if you venture out to other near-by centres, taxis are virtually all summoned by Chinese app called DiDi. Chinese language entry only. Room was fantastic!

Amazing Brand New Hilton
One of my best stays in China. This Hilton is BRAND NEW. Rooms and facilities were immaculate. Great breakfast spread and excellent service from reception and the concierge. Shower water pressure good and internet fast. Room temperature comfortable. Will definitely be returning!

New, but like many years old
1. Difficult to find main entrance, and way around 2. Terrible water patches at entrance 3. Three checking in at the same time, two got "upgraded"....except me 4. Amenities inside room never got replenished 5. Generally still acceptable, hotel being just officially opened same day I checked in

房间大舒适,早餐品质和质量需提高
总体酒店不错,工作人员有礼热情(除了早餐那里),位置安静,房间空间大,舒适。就是淋浴间的水龙头把手设计缺陷,有向酒店人员反应,希望后续有跟进。早餐如果按照95一位的收费确实很一般,品种少(可能因为住客不多,9点左右很多盘子已经没有食物也没有再添加进去)

酒店很靚,裝修很大體,房內空間很大,但附近沒有食市,地點不算太方便,出入需要有私家車。酒店員工態度很好,很有禮貌。

環境不俗,但價錢比同級略貴,面向江景景色不錯,交通幾方便。 房間面積比預期細,職員態度一般,酒店內飲食選擇有待提高。 酒店附近觀光景點不足,但以商務酒店作賣點,無可厚非,但仍有改善空間。
