WE ARE LEGAL IN B.C. - RESORT HOTEL ZONING! Walk out the patio onto the lawn and beach in this lovely resort hotel condo located on the ocean in the quaint village of Qualicum Beach. Separate galley kitchen and bathroom, fully updated. Queen bed, pull out sofa bed, dining table for four, and combination desk/dresser. Patio and summer lounge chairs, laundry room on site. Just a few kilometers from the walkable village centre, which features quaint stores, grocery and pharmacy, and all the necessary services. Fifteen minutes to Parksville, with it's huge family beach, ocean-side provincial park, mini-golf, and other family vacation amenities.

Perfect romantic get-away

Had a lovely stay for a long weekend in early spring. Suite was comfortable, had everything we needed, and looked just like the pictures. Walk out to the beautiful beach. Considerate host. Really enjoyed our stay.

Thank you Barry for being a great host!Your place was perfect! The view impeccable! Everything was there that you needed for our stay, except paper towel, but a small thing to worry about. Electric fireplace, a nice touch to-take off the chill with the rain. Two resident bunnies that greeted us every morning on the patio. Cathedral Forest, Little Qualicum Falls absolutely beautiful with the leaves changing colour. Coombs never disappoints and across the street The Blackbird for the best schnitzel you will ever taste. Clean, quiet, relaxing. Thank you for sharing your place!

Fantastic!

Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay! The location is great, the view is beautiful and the suite is bright and clean. Loved being able to cook our own foods in the full kitchen - it's a great money saver compared to eating out all the time. Can't beat being steps away from the beach, either. Incredible ammenties, the touch of having coffee, tea, sugar, splenda and bubly and ginger ale in the fridge. Lots of spcies and amenities in the fridge. Getting up for morning tea/coffee and sitting on the couch or going out to the beach was a treat!

Beautiful beach escape

We had a perfect time in this cozy property right on the beach. More than enough room for our family of 3, with the option to either cook in the well appointed kitchen, or eat out at many local restaurents and pubs. The place was clean, well maintained, and stayed cool even in the midst of a heatwave. Hosts offered excellent and friendly communication, and man what a beautiful view.

Wonderful vacation rental on the beach

Beachfront walk-out was a wonderful place to stay for our Easter weekend. Everything that we needed was provided and it was great to wake up to the beautiful colours of the sunrises! Quiet, clean, comfortable - and awesome views! Our hosts were very responsive (check-in process, adding an extra night, etc.) Thanks for the opportunity to stay at Beachfront Walk-out and the chocolate treat! :-)

Waterfront magnificient site

During my stay of 15 days, no communication from the owner, but all went well for the accommodation. The location is great and the waterview amazing. The weather was snow and rain for 13 days, but I still enjoyed the great scenes being close to the water. The location is 100% perfect!

Condo on the beach

We stayed for five days. The ocean view from the condo is beautiful and the beach is literally just steps away. We enjoyed sitting outside on the small patio when the weather allowed. Lots of walks on the beach along with exploring the town (too far to walk to) and other nearby sights. The mattress was very comfy and had nice bedding. Unfortunately, we could hear the neighbours walking in the condo above and the tv in the condo next door. No bbq either. Otherwise, clean and comfy.
