9.2/10 Wonderful! (377 reviews)
This hotel is fabulous! The attention to detail is what sets it apart. I travelled with my 7 year old daughter and she was very happy to be seen and catered for. She had her own small bed, welcome treats and gifts (Heidi is safely in South Africa) and amenities. We had late lunch at the Bar (the langoustine pasta is so good!)
The location is great! You can walk to most of the attractions like St Peter’s Cathedral, Old Town, Lake Geneva and great shopping across the river on Rue du Rhône.
This was ranked top out of 4 hotels which we stayed in on our European vacation. I highly recommend this hotel.

Bathroom has odor so we had to close the bathroom door. Blankets and pillows were so comfortable. Great dinner and breakfast were served.

"The rooms were large and very comfortable. The hotel was in an excellent location across from the main train station and with great views of the lake. The restaurant was excellent."
