Staff was warm, friendly and helpful. The free hotel shuttle services (airport-hotel) with personal pick up from airport were very good and punctual. I was amazed to receive a reply email from hotel within 10 minutes after I sent out my enquiry email to book airport pick up to hotel on the date of my arrival. During our stay, we were amazed (a warm and happy surprise) to be treated with chrysanthemum tea (at the breakfast restaurant), red dates tea, yellow cucumbers, etc. because the housekeeping people noted we had sore-throat sweets/ infection tablets in the room!
