Staff were friendly. We stayed at a family room and it was spacious, although bathroom is a bit small. It is clean and they clean it every day but I dont think they changed the sheets. Location is really good and breakfast is good for chinese because it is all chinese food. Only non chinese food is bread and cereal 😅. If we visit qingdao again, we will chose this hotel. Breakfast buffet was a little disappointing, nobody greeted me in the restaurant and the only staff there was literally asleep at a table in the dark next to the buffet. Overall the room was extremely clean and cleaned everyday, but there was a used bandage hanging from the curtain. I still say that it was clean because I can see how the bandage could have been missed as it was in a very hidden spot on the curtain. For example, the door of the cabinet for refrigerator literally fell off. The toilet was wobbling when you sat on it. The wifi never worked even though there appeared to be multiple connection points. The area next to the elevator was cluttered with bottled waters and other stuffs. On the positive side, the staff were super friendly.
