The reception was 24 hours, the staff was friendly and helpful but unfortunately not all of them could speak English so it was difficult to get information depending who was working that time. It's close to nice restaurants, the famous Zhanqiao Pier and a little beach which is not great, but a few km down the road you will find a much better one easy to reach by bus or even a bit of walking. It is just across the road from Victoria Railway Station and the metro, and several bus stops.
