Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Coffee and tea sachets in room, there were none as confirmed by reception. Room shocking, broken moving tiles dirty bathroom. Breakfast advertised as hard to find local food was plain rubbish consisting of overcooked eggs watery porridge and tea. Room sold as mountain view, View was of other rooms and interior walls. Access to lobby requirements are super fit to go down many staircases and extra fit to carry your suitcase back up on checkout as no help available early morning Do not stay here But once you get a Room with view its somehow worth it. And the manager was great trying to sort out all the problems. Kudos to him

The room and the hotel itself, and the location and the staff are all amazing!!! I highly recommend this place. The only issue is finding it. It’s almost impossible to find on your own and the phone number that is provided doesn’t work or at least nobody answers it. The only way we were able to find it is we asked our driver to look it up and she was able to find the correct phone number and contact the reception. I wish they would provide detailed instructions on how to get to the property. Other than that, the trip was amazing and the staff went above and beyond for us!

Address not provided and phone nos are wrong ..spent an hour or more asking so many people where this hostel is located. Breakfast was limited...had to demand for it.
