Dear Hotel Management,
I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel.
On the positive side, I found the cleaning staff to be very good and attentive. However, I believe the reception service and restaurant stuff could be improved to be more polite and professional, as this is an important part of the guest experience.
Additionally, I was disappointed with the pool access arrangement. To reach the pool, guests must either go through the restaurant, which is not suitable when wearing swimwear, or through the garage. This setup is inconvenient and does not meet expectations for a comfortable hotel stay.
Overall, the hotel did not fully meet my expectations, and I hope these points can be considered for improvement.
