The hotel itself is comfortable and modern, with a nice restaurant and a connected coffee shop and bar. The staff is really exceptional, very helpful and accommodating. Les lits sont particulièrement confortables, ce qui garantit un excellent repos. Le personnel mérite une mention spéciale : accueillant, disponible, souriant et toujours prêt à rendre service. On s’y sent vraiment bien pris en charge. J’aurais aimé prolonger mon séjour, mais le travail m’appelait déjà… Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et je vous conseille de vous y arrêter chaque fois que l’occasion se présentera."

"Cheap hotel compared to other. Staff is very friendly and very helpful taking luggages in the room. The room is small, the TV image quality is not so good, and the Wifi is weak but afterall it was a good experience staying there, very close to the beach. Great job to the staff!"

"I booked for a senior suite. I was placed in a junior suite because even though I had already paid they double booked it and gave it to someone else. I was upset, but they said I’ll be refunded for the difference. I reached out several time to the property, to Expedia and they weren’t able to help. Even tho I was given a receipt with the amount to be refunded. Now I am filling a claim with my bank. Additionally, the food was terrible, they only have one iron on the entire property which I needed and they came back to take it whenever someone else needed it. The receptionist was rude. bathroom was not equipped with shampoo, conditioner or body wash. The bidet in the bathroom was broken so was the toilet and I would not used it my entire time on the property. "

"Taxi driver got very lost trying to find the hotel in the dark when we arrived. PLEASE put a sign on the main road & on the hotel door to help people find it. Breakfast wasn't served until 9am so we were unable to take it as we were on a work trip. Please consider travellers who are travelling for work and need to get to meetings by 9am so cannot wait for a late breakfast."
