We stayed for 3 nights over Easter, and I've been very positively surprised with this hotel. The staff is friendly. As the heating was turned off on our arrival in our room and the room was with very high ceilings I asked for an extra heater to cope with the situation. We have been offered a new room straight ahead which was very prompt from the staff. The building is an old monastery and is quite romantic - i liked the combination of modern and old. The sauna was perfect, and the resting room...

This hotel is extremely special. We stayed in the private spa suite and had our own sauna. The room was stunning, with an amazing view. It was actually better than I expected. Breakfast and dinner was included with the price and both were tasty. Pick a meat option as the vegetable option could have been better. It was my partners birthday and the hotel made it special. The spa facilities are pretty amazing too with everything overlooking the mountains. If I had one suggestion it would be...

Beautiful location in a quiet spot outside town - you need a car to get around. Nice rooms with balcony overlooking the valley. Limited restaurant menu - staff could be more welcoming

Beautiful old Tyrollean hotel in a superb setting and central for all amenities in Steyr. Thoroughly enjoyed our over-night stay there.

Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. My stay included breakfast, which was available between 7am - 10am. It meant that I didn't have to get up too early for it. The spa and pool were great, very clean and also had amenities such as snacks, water and hot drinks. They were both open for very long hours so i was able to use them after I returned to the hotel after my day outs. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it's in middle of Bad Aussee, just the spa and pool is worth...

Great accommodation — modern, clean, and very spacious. Both the room and bathroom offered more space than you usually find in a hotel. I appreciated the high-quality, spotless materials (bed sheets, mattress, pillows, towels, etc.). Breakfast was not huge in variety (but all you need), but everything provided was fresh and of excellent quality. The location is also perfect, close to the city center and many restaurants.

Very good hotel, room really nice, newly and modern done. Big bathroom with super step-in shower.

Very welcoming staff, nice city, good size very clean room.

This hotel is a hidden gem! I don't think you can get better conditions (swimming pool, saunas, steam room, lovely breakfast) and frendlier staff for the price. It's true that the furniture and decor are a little old-fashioned, but everything is sparkling clean, beds are comfortable, and rooms have huge balconies as well. I plan to come again, and again :) totally recommend!
