〔良い点〕 食堂や客室のインテリアなどは伝統とモダンの融合でSNS 映えしそう。 無料の朝食も良かった。二日目はラーメンをいただいた。 駅から近く、便利。 〔悪い点〕 基本無人で必要な時はインターフォンでやりとり。時間によってはキオスクという別の場所にいる人とのやりとりで現場の状況をわかっていない様子。チェックイン前に預けた荷物を受け取るのに苦労した。 説明もエレベーターの中にある程度。 ホットスパも予約の仕方などの説明なし。荷物を管理しているスタッフに聞いてもわからなく、結果的には利用しなかった。ドットコムさんで予約必要な旨サイトに載せた方が親切かと思う。 若い人は問題なく、利用していた。ITに疎い高齢の外国人にはハードルが高かったようだ。 ...
