Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
호텔스닷컴 믿고 갔는데 너무 실망했습니다. 너무 춥고 청소 제대로 안되서 머리카락에 이불도 ㅠㅠ 17만원이 아까웠습니다. 7만원정도수준이에요. 화장실도 춥고,,,, 아이들이 환불하고 집에 가자고 하는걸 돈아까워서 미안하다고하고 하루자고 왔네요. 온풍기가 있어야할거같고 입실전 미리 따뜻하게 켜주셔야할거같고 청소좀 잘 해주셔야할것 같아요.
