Clean and spotless room. Home from home, with friendly and helpful staff. The new owner has started making positive changes to the hotel. Excellent choice for a stay in Cwmbran.

Reception staff were really friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and comfortable, and it was a delight to stay there. Will definitely return, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
