"Location is fantastic. Unit is easily locatable and easily accessible to/from Valencia. Management company is quick to respond and helpful. Interior of unit is very usable and patios are relaxing. Unfortunately, some of the items in the interior need some attention, like the bath in the ensuite: where caulking causes leaking and drainage is slow, and a kitchen door needing to be reinstalled; which cost an afternoon of waiting for repair. "Basic apartment but worth the money. Location is a bit out of town but easy to reach with Uberpublic transport (if you bring a bit of time) Only downside is that we were lacking a few basic things such as soap and toilet paper, however the host was responsive and provided us with everything we needed :)"
