The honour court, located on the south east coast, allows you to discover the property where a renovation was made with out most respect of the local traditions. It includes one spacious entrance hall with a stone staircase leading to a basement converted into a cinema, WCs with sink and one bedroom with a pool view (under floor gas heating system). The entrance hall leads to a beautiful lounge with mullion windows, dressing, WCs with washbasin and four large bedrooms fully equipped with private shower room. Reception hall, large dining room and "family" kitchen with a natural stone central island. A utility room and WCs with washbasin are adjacent to the kitchen. The salt water and heated pool (15 x 5 m) was built within the old barn. Très belle piscine. Attention, pas de volets ni de rideaux occultants, donc pas toujours évident de faire dormir les enfants. Une petite explication sur les points pratiques (dépose des ordures ménagères) et un petit nécessaire (éponge, produits de nettoyage) auraient rendu ce séjour, déjà parfait, plus que parfait !... Un petit regret : si la relation directe avec le propriétaire s'est très bien passée, celle par mail avec la personne chargée de la location a été moins sympathique... Belle demeure ancienne entièrement rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Très agréable et bien équipée. La maison et le jardin offrent beaucoup d'espace. La piscine est très agréable et très bien entretenue. Situation de la maison au calme, en pleine campagne. On se sent chez soi toute étant peu éloigné des villages (boulangerie, marchés) et d'Agen. Stunning location with truly spectacular views across countryside. Gorgeous salt water swimming pool - it must have been maintained but we never saw anyone! Extremely well equipped kitchen / has everything you need plus more. House is enormous - and well decorated. Never seen so many armoires in 1 house! Would be great for several families as lots of room. Would say not suitable for young children as windows open onto v high drop plus no fence on terrace. Would definitely return. Cette location a rempli toutes nos espérances et au delà : - grande, spacieuse, claire et agréable (fraîche la nuit) : Sanitaires super pour un grand groupe ! - une très belle piscine, très bien entretenue et sans chlore (tous les deux jours, un technicien venait contrôler - discrètement) - Le silence et la beauté des paysages : Maison entourée de champs de tournesol, située au bout d'une petite route tranquille, très grand jardin avec une vue à 180° splendide. - Possibilité de manger dehors ou dedans, même quand des amis passaient. - Salle de jeux avec home cinéma : tous ont adoré. Un bémol et une recommandation dans cette salle, peut être y installer un déshumidificateur pour éviter l'odeur de vieilles pierres (typique des maisons anciennes). Le propriétaire sympathique et efficace dès qu'un souci technique s'est présenté. Nous recommandons chaudement ce lieu et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. ##### Valérie L. Les points positifs: - très jolie maison, agréablement restaurée - pièces de vie très spacieuses - chambres agréables (sauf sous-sol humide) spacieuses et indépendantes les unes des autres, avec salles de bain individuelles. - très belle vue panoramique sur les vallées environnantes - idéal pour une semaine de repos au calme, sur les hauteurs du Lot et Garonne, déconnecté du stress et du bruit urbain - a relire la descrption ce jour, nous apprécions que le propriétaire ait tenu compte de certaines de nos remarques. Les points perfectibles: - pour éviter des tergiversations au sujet de la location des draps (tenant compte du fait que la description des tailles de lit indiquée sur le site est à corriger), et étant donné le niveau de prestation proposé, il serait plus simple selon nous que les draps adéquats soient fournis par défaut et intégrés au prix global. - défaut de propreté générale lors de notre arrivée - terrain non-clos, et absence de rembarde de sécurité (non-adapté en présence d'enfant en bas âge) - absence de local poubelle!
