Located near Gap, just 6 km from Embrun and Savines-le-Lac, this nearly new 3-room apartment of around 66 m² is comfortable and features a living room with kitchen, a master bedroom, a children's bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub, and separate WC. A 20 m² terrace with table and benches lets you enjoy meals outdoors.
You are 17 minutes from the Réallon ski resort and close to the resorts of Les Orres, Risoul, Vars, and Crévoux.
In summer, you can enjoy all kinds of water activities: boat rentals, sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, canoeing, and kayaking. In winter, the area is perfect for walking, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, and many other activities.
