It offers exceptional panoramic views of the mountains and direct access to the slopes: you can put on your skis in front of the residence and be on the slopes in seconds. In summer, enjoy the swimming pool, hiking, and outdoor activities (bike park, via ferrata, tree climbing, summer tobogganing in the resort; paragliding, mountaineering, rafting, zip-lining in the immediate vicinity—Vallouise/Argentière-la-Bessée valley). In winter, the Puy Saint Vincent ski area has 75km of slopes and extends up to 2700m, but you can also easily go skiing in Serre-Chevalier (30 min drive) and Montgenèvre (45 min drive).
