The staff was nice and helpful, especially Iris and the other lady with round glasses. It was quite difficult to open the door with the key locking in from the inside. I'd be terrified if I had to rush out for emergencies and would have to fidget and wiggle the key several times before it opens.

Great staff. The AC worked well. We asked for extra pillows and they were really nice about that. The hotel has a complementary washing machine which is great if you have been traveling for a long time.
