It is composed of a nice living room of 50 m², an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of about 600 m². Sheets included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : \- A living room of 50 m² with TV, Wifi, sofas and dining area. \- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... \- A bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. \- Separate toilet. On the first floor: \- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190), a single bed and a desk. \- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200), storage space and a dressing table. \- A rich private library. For even more comfort: barbecue, washing machine, fan, iron. Exterior: \- A beautiful semi-enclosed garden of 600 m² and a terrace of about 16 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. The house is ideally located in Saint-Aubert-sur-Orne, in Suisse Normande, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : \- Nautical school at the lake of Rabodange.
