"We stayed here for 3 nights to escape the heat of Budapest, the resort is beautiful and well looked after. There is very little we could fault, the only exceptions was a rude man working at the spa who made us feel like we were interrupting his peace, and the automatic 15% service charge added whenever ordering anything from the spa. We asked for an icecream which they took from a freeze in the back room and yes 15% service charge added. The food was lovely for breakfast, and the dinner was good...

"Check-in was easy and straightforward. The desk held our bags as we'd arrived early. Staff was helpful throughout our stay and our room was well cleaned and serviced daily with fresh bottled water each day. The spa amenities were wonderful and we utilized them daily. The trip through the underground tunnel to get to the spa wasn't bad. Breakfast we had a split opinion on - I enjoyed it, my wife did not. Plenty of options each day, but YMMV. The on-site restaurant I can only comment on the service as I just had a beer, but service was good. Location is of course wonderful on the island. Very peaceful and still easy access to the center of the city by bus and then tram. I would stay again and recommend this for couples and families."

"My stay here was great. The hotel was clean and in a nice area with multiple amenities nearby. Every interaction with the staff (housekeeping, reception, kitchen/restaurant) was so pleasant. The reception staff were super helpful in fulfilling my requests and ensuring I was comfortable at all times. Including booking taxis for me when needed. The room was spacious and clean with a nice balcony. There were also welcome bottles of wine and water in the room. There was a nice variety of food available for the breakfast buffet. The food on the menu at the restaurant was yummy. Restaurant staff made me feel very comfortable and welcome even when dining alone. They also catered to the fact I had an early morning flight. I would definitely stay here again. If you value exceptional service, this is a great place to consider."
