"It goes without saying that the property is exquisite. The accommodations are phenomenal. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. However, the one aspect of our stay that stood out repeatedly was the interaction with the staff. Unfortunately we can only give a 1-star review. When we checked in - the front desk kept answering the phone while we were trying to check in. It was very off-putting. When he finally did attend to us, it felt like his mind was someplace else because he kept repeating himself and talking with the other staff member. When we checked out, the front desk attendee did not ask whether we enjoyed our stay, if there were any problems, what room we were in, etc. It was a very hurried and non-personal experience. A word to management: a quick re-training for front staff in customer service and interaction might be in order. Other than that - the property speaks for itself. This property might benefit from self-check-in service. "

"Excellent location with plenty of dining nearby including a grocery store. Breakfast was nice and a nice bonus was that they had tortillas and salsa to make breakfast burritos. The pool was popular and there was a nice covered outdoor lounging space with couches and a fan. Would definitely stay here again."
