Petty low key nice little ( big ) hotel. I like it, small environment changes like free parking since the place is always busy, they got the money to let parking slide. Have free breakfast. Bistro’s breakfast is not worth paying. Hampton Inn makes better breakfast and it’s free. Over good place

There was some sort of glue on the desk in our room when we arrived - we asked for some cleaning supplies at the front desk but it would not come off. The carpets were also very dirty in our room. Also why are the bath towels so small? I’m 5’4” 120lbs and even I found the towels tiny

The location was great and ease to get into NYC! The pool needs to have reservations for use (albeit easy enough to make them and were openings). It would be easier to have more flexibility with the pool.

The property and our room were very clean. The lounge was nice and the food was decent. The only con was that it took our food a long time to arrive and we ordered a burger and a Caesar salad. They may have been short staffed that particular day. The bartender was very friendly and welcoming while we waited. However, because our food took so long, we decided to not try the Cafe for breakfast. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The hotel is located in an area where whatever you need is in the area. The city is not far either.
