"Firstly this is more of a hostel not a hotel. Wifi was awful, we needed wifi on asking an excuse of location was made for the tardy wifi. We were first put into a freezing room.We were finally moved to a less cold room which had a small double. Incurred a surprise additional 5% for paying by card!! "Upon arrival I was told my reservation was for 2 guest. I showed the property manager the reservation at Hotels.com showed it was for 4 guest. Despite that the manager demanded I paid extra.
