"Maya Ubud Resort & Spa was an unforgettable stay. My room had 2 balconies that offered stunning views, and waking up to the sounds of nature each morning brought a deep sense of peace and tranquility. The infinity forest pool was beautiful, but the river infinity pool was my favorite- Truly a one of a kind experience surrounded by jungle. The food was spot on, and there was daily entertainment with live bands and performances, which added so much to the atmosphere. On top of it all, the resort is perfectly located in the heart of Ubud, making it easy to reach most of the area's famous attractions while still feeling like a private escape. "

"After weeks of research, my husband and I chose this hotel for our honeymoon. The reviews gave us a glimpse of what to expect, but none of them truly captured the experience. The Kayon is a blend of breathtaking scenery, serenity, warm energy, and genuinely attentive staff. From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed with a refreshing drink and a thoughtful overview of the amenities—shuttles to Ubud Center and their sister property, Kayon Jungle; daily walks; yoga classes; guided tours; nightly performances; an incredible breakfast; and so much more. When we reached our room, we were greeted with a beautifully decorated bed and a small honeymoon cake. The room itself was perfect for two, with a spacious bathroom and a bathtub overlooking our private infinity pool, also decorated for the occasion. The outdoor area became our favorite place to unwind, nap, or simply take in the view. Although our room was located at the bottom of a small hill, we could request a golf cart at any time to take us anywhere on the property. We enjoyed breakfast, poolside lunches, dinners, spa treatments, and a hotel-organized tour—each experience felt unique and memorable. The property is stunning, but what truly elevates this hotel is its people. The staff made us feel welcomed, celebrated, and cared for during every moment of our stay. "STAY HERE!!!! I cannot say enough amazing things! The room was beautiful and the location was fabulous! But what really set this hotel above all was the INCREDIBLE STAFF!!!! Their kindness and thoroughness was beyond belief. From planning perfect day trips to amazing meals and even helping with some unexpected incidents, they were amazing! They even memorized my daily morning coffee order!"

"What a stellar experience! From the moment we stepped foot into the resort, we were welcomed with so much warmth and enthusiasm from every single staff member. I made a note that this trip was for my girlie's birthday, and they decorated our bed with rose petals, filled our bathtub w flowers, and even delivered a cake to our door while singing happy birthday. Denny, the manager, ensured everyone on the team was working in unison and now that we're at another resort in Uluwatu, we can't wait for our next trip back here at Wapa Di Ume in Ubud.
