Firstly I had asked for a high floor a month ago and ended up with a ground floor room. Check inn was 3pm and room wasn’t ready till about 3.30pm . No iron or ironing board , musky smell in bathroom . Shower gels / shampoo etc not enough in room if your showering twice a day. No privacy if your in bathroom u can see everything if someone is in there . In room safe didn’t work as there was no batteries in it so had to get them over to sort it. Breakfast was good and location was a bit far it from centre.

Staff very welcoming! Wah best bar tender yet great guy. Breakfast 10 out 10 huge selection fresh juices. Front desk was great very responsive great hospitality. If you come here take advantage of the WhatsApp community it was huge on response and getting things you need while here.
