"Villa Tajuya is superb. It was spotlessly clean and stylishly decorated. It is really spacious and we enjoyed using all of the rooms for different times in the day; the main living room in the evening, the middle room for a bit of shade and to read during the day, the dining area in the evening to eat and watch the sun go down. "We found Villa Landhaus Tijarafe to be a comfortable, well equipped place for our first visit to La Palma. The owner is in the process of installing a pool which was not ready for use. This would have been a bonus as the weather at the end of January was certainly hot enough for a swim. "The drive to the property is a little 'interesting' but after being on La Palma for a couple of days you soon get used to it. The villa itself is lovely, well equipped, secluded, private, great views, warm pool, comfy beds and great care and attention from the hosts who were rarely spotted but help was always on hand if it were required. I felt very relaxed being there and would unhesitatingly recommend a stay here"

My apartment had everything I needed and the receptionists were very helpful. Two things to consider: There's no air conditioning which wasn't too big an issue in December but may be over the summer.
