"Resort was beautiful and well maintained. Staff was amazing! Food was the best we've had an any all-inclusive. The beach had soft sand and amazing waves. The only con was the chair set up on the non-Inspira beach. They need more palapas! The two rows of front row chairs are way too close for comfort with other guests, and were never full. It would be be better to get rid of those there and add palapas! "

"Everything is top notch , only concern that there is not enough chairs on the beach , if you not taking your seat at 7 am you out of luck , main pool is the same , there is room for more chairs umbrellas on both , had to wake up early to get a spot , super inconvenient "

"It was a bad idea to use Expedia. The reason is they give you a basic room and in order to get the full enjoyment you must pay double to get the full experience. The property itself is very nice! It would be better to go through Hyatt directly. When things are not what you expected you have no recourse with Expedia. I tried to. All Expedia and it is ridiculous! The customer service is on a foreign country! In addition you will not get your points! I enjoyed the beautiful reaches and pools as well as the restaurants and health club. They had one room with cardio equipment and another room with weights.
