"Our hotel was changed to the Alua Soul and we were given suites. The holiday was a birthday present to my Father and we were all blown away by the accommodation so thank you very much. All the staff were amazing especially the reception staff for booking taxis and helping my dad after he had too much wine and locked himself out of the safe. I would recommend this to anyone and thank you for an unforgettable holiday. "

"Could not have been better. Great communication from Miquel and the house was perfectly set up for a big family. Plenty of seating inside and out - 10 seater amazing dining table, plenty of sun loungers, toys for the children and fully fitted kitchen with everything we could need. We already knew the area, but it was perfect with the beach, shops and restaurant just down the road. The hill back was quite steep, but burnt off some of the calories we managed to drink and consume! The bedrooms were all very comfortable and bathrooms very clean with new fittings. Miquel came to change the automatic light switches and was charming and very helpful. For a family holiday to celebrate my big birthday, this was a perfect place to stay."

Minor improvements might be to have better coffee and perhaps some more local, authentic entertainment. A solid 9.9 out of 10!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Grupotel Mar de Menorca for our family vacations with our 1 year old baby. The room was basic but clean and comfortable, there are parking spots close to the rooms, the pool area and playground was super nice, and the breakfast and dinner buffet was good and diverse. We could find everything for our baby: even though the baby crib was not ready in our room despite my request for one, they provided one pretty quickly, and there were high-chairs at the restaurant. The staff was also very nice and welcoming. And there is a supermarket and a beach just next to the hotel. The only negative point if I have to find one is the music going on all evening, but it was ok we couldn't hear it inside the room."
