Great hotel at a great price

Great hotel in a central location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Quiet rooms with good aircon . Garage under the hotel which was great for us to safely store our bicycles. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Worth the Stay

Absolutely amazing service - the front desk staff were friendly and immediately responsive. Check-in was a little hectic - no hot water - a problem which was fixed right away. The fixtures are a little old (old style door knobs, not even bottle of water in the room, low water pressure) but excellent bedding, comfortable, spacious, great location and view. Breakfast also needs a major overhaul.

Falta de empatía.

Lamentablemente por el fallecimiento repentino de mi hermana tuvimos que cancelar nuestro viaje. Teníamos reservados 5 hoteles diferentes de los 4, entendieron la situación y realizaron la cancelación sin ningún problema. La contratación había sido sin posibilidad de cancelación, pero me sorprendió la humanidad, profesionalismo y ética de estos hoteles. No puedo decir lo mismo del Hotel Castilla. No solamente no quisieron cancelar con penalización, si no que cargaron el costo completo. Entendemos que es un negocio, pero la calidad humana de las personas que manejan una empresa hace grande a esa empresa o la hace mezquina e inhumana. Ojalá y en un futuro caso semejante su actitud y empatía sean diferentes. La humanidad no necesita empresas que se comporten así.

Custo benefício bom. O apartamento precisa de uma reforma mas dá para dormir bem. Café da manhã com poucas opções, vale mais a pena pegar o quarto sem café e tomar o café em alguma cafeteria, que por sinal tem muitas ao redor. O banheiro precisa ser reformado, Box encardido e de acrílico, porta do armário caindo. O melhor desse hotel é a localização, muito próximo ao centro, dá pra fazer tudo a pé.

Es un hotel que esta muy accesible, un punto de muy buena ubicacion. Debe mejorar en el servicio del desayuno en cuanto al servicio del mismo y opciones. El estacionamiento es reducido, cuando esta completo, es dificil poder salir. Es necesario mover otros vehiculos para poder salir.

Bom custo benefício!

O Hotel tem excelente localização, nem precisa usar o carro para ir às praias, lojas ou restaurantes. As vagas de estacionamento ficam no subsolo, não tem vaga para todos. O atendimento é muito cordial, chuveiro muito bom. Valeu a pena, voltaremos com certeza.

Hotel razoável

O Hotel fica numa localização privilegiada e tem boa estrutura, mas carente de reparos. A pior situação foi o péssimo funcionamento do ar condicionado. Muito precário, além de barulhento, pouco resfriava. O frigobar escorria água, a maçaneta do banheiro estava solta. Enfim, falta manutenção. Mas é um hotel razoável.

Atendimento ruim, espaço físico e localização bons

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo da praia, Porto, restaurantes e lojas, chuveiro bom (cortina de plástico), quarto limpo, mas dois fatores macularam a estadia neste hotel. Sentimos pouca receptividade (usando de eufemismo) dos recepcionistas ou funcionária do café para conosco. Ficamos nos perguntando se seria algo geral com brasileiros, uma vez que da nossa parte nada aconteceu que pudesse justificar essa atitude. Além disso o café da manhã era muito fraco. Além de pouca variedade, produtos de baixa qualidade e ainda limitados por pessoa. Minha impressão é que a mesma melancia de sexta-feira foi servida no domingo, cortada em Mini fatias de 1 cm de espessura (e de largura 😱) e isto que era uma das duas únicas frutas disponíveis e apenas uma caneca de café por pessoa. Realmente uma pena, porque a localização e o espaço físico são muito interessantes, mas não voltaria a me hospedar alí.

Excelente localização. Fiz a reserva com cama casal, porém foi disponibilizado duas camas de solteiro. A recepção resolveu muito rápido! Excelente atendimento. Quarto agradável, porém, cama desconfortável - o colchão estava muito fundo - banheiro simples, mas OK. Falta de suprimentos como shampoo e condicionador.
