- Newly built wooden house in a quiet part of La Barra known as ‘Barra Verde’, surrounded by trees and lots of natural light. Walking distance to centre of la Barra, Montoya, Posta del Cangrejo beach, cafés, restaurants and Oh! La Barra, but tucked away on a calm street with a real neighborhood feel.
The house was finished early 2026 and is designed for minimalist indoor/outdoor living, with floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto forest views, a wooden deck and private garden.
Built entirely in wood with double-glazed windows, making it quiet, bright and comfortable year-round. Casa Nau is an opportunity to live closer to nature in a house built with sustainable materials and a Japandi design.
