"Amazing, friendly, eager-to-please service and beautiful room a quick 10 minute walk to the beach, shops and dining. Breakfast (8 euros) great assortment of hot and cold meats and cheeses and waffles/crepes/pancakes/fritattas/baked goods, fruit, cereal, puddings, coffee — wonderful. Great bathroom too with excellent shower and lighting. Only thing was the bed was a bit hard, but that’s personal preference. Overall highly recommended."

"This is our second stay at this property. Still has the wow factor. Communication with the owner was excellent. Property is in an excellent location for anyone with mobility issues. Supermarkets are just around the corner and 'the square' is a short walk away. Hopefully we will be back again next year."

"Great property had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic, great size, a slight hiccup one day and was unable to use it but it didn't affect our stay. We would definitely consider using this villa again."

"What can I say, this place was perfect! The host was exceptionally helpful and friendly, with every question answered immediately, she went out of her way to ensure our stay was the best. Her info was clear and accurate and we even got little pics to support the info. The property was perfectly equipped, all looking new, immaculately spotless and in the most perfect location possible. We have stayed in this beach club before, but this was the best apartment to date. We love the closeness to pool, the beach, beach bars and many restaurants it’s in a fantastic position for water sports, plus there is a local gym within easy walking distance (next to a supermarket) that does daily/weekly memberships. Supermarkets close by for walking to or a very short drive. This apartment has its own parking spot, but there is also plenty of parking outside as well. I loved the little extras that were supplied, like coffee pods, beach towels, sun-beds etc. We will defo be back again. It was a very comfortable stay, where we felt fully looked after."

"Das Haus ist super wunderbare gut Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Zum Strand zu Fuß Max 10 min aber ich denke in der Hochsaison ist das Wasser in der Lagune zu warm. Supermarkt ist um die Ecke . Was will man mehr . Es schadet nicht ein Auto zu haben"

Amazing apartment in Los Alcázares

"Great location and would have been a great stay had it not been for the cleaning/linen issues and poor communication with the key holder. Paid for linen and cleaning but bed smelled bad, had stains and the linen was very worn. When this was mentioned to the key holder she wasn’t very helpful and insisted the linen was brand new (we have photo evidence to prove it was not). The friends we booked the apartment for were also locked out when locks were changed midway through their stay. We contacted the key holder as another guest advised us they’d been given a new key. She said it wouldn’t affect our guests, yet it did. When we contacted her, she advised it wasn’t her problem as she knew nothing about it. Luckily our friends were let in by another guest in the same building. Would be a great letting if it had been cleaner and the key holder had been more helpful. All interactions with the keyholder were via WhatsApp, so we’ll be sharing with VRBO and NOVASOL"
