FUI ESTAFADO

Fui estafado por el propietario del hotel nunca se me dio acceso al cuarto, reclame a HOTELS.COM muchas veces porque todo se veia mal, y finalmente sucedio lo que pensaba, fui estafado por el propietario y no recibi ningún tipo de ayuda de Hotels.com a pesar de ser un socio GOLD por la cantidad de veces que he utlizado el sitio para mis reservas. Lamentable como desoyeron mis reclamos y quejas.
