I have been travelling around South America for around 5 weeks and this is by far my most favourite place of the entire trip. The hosts were both really lovely and clearly wanted you to enjoy your stay here. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfy and the internet was great. The breakfast was a wonderful start to my morning and something I really appreciated. There was a supermarket across the way if you needed to pick anything up and lots of places to eat within walking distance. I actually left something behind when checking out and did not realise until around 8 hours later, I messaged the host and still had my item, I was not due back until a few weeks later and the host kept my item ready for me to reclaim. I have my item back and couldn't be happier! I would recommend to stay here! If I ever come back this is the only place I will be staying.

It was clean and cozy and the manager and helper were kind and friendly and helpful. I actually liked it better than the big fancy hotel our Antarctica group had booked. It is just more relaxed and homey!

The staff here were all absolutely amazing. They were helpful with taxis, provided a box lunch when we were going on an excursion and going to miss breakfast, and we felt so welcome the entire time. 10/10, would stay here again!

Don’t be fooled by the name this place is more like a BnB than a hostel. Private rooms and bathrooms. Beds are cozy and rooms are warm when it’s cold out). Water pressure is great. Staff is super friendly and all English speaking. Location is right in town near sites and bus depots. Guests will get a hot breakfast. Highly recommend.

Amazing staff. So helpful and responsive. WhatsApp was so helpful chatting with staff. They were able to help us with check-ins, taxes, buses, etc. They were just so accommodating and kind.

Disappointing
I was really looking forward to staying here but was left disappointed. The common areas are lovely. The views are beautiful and location is great. I found the beds to be not too comfortable. There’s a little notice in the bathroom that if you take any of the little shampoo bottles they charge you $100usd. The products are nicer in the spa so we mostly showered there. Food was overall ok with some things being quite decent and some of it just being bad. My biggest complaint about this stay was the service. They were slow and quite inattentive. We’d be sitting at dinner 20 minutes on more than one occasion still trying to wave someone down to get service. Yes they are busy but even at the end when the entire room cleared out it was just as bad. On night two two of 6 people got their meals while everyone else got appetizers and no one else received their food for 20-30 minutes. On another occasion we’d be trying to order and the server would keep trying to leave before everyone placed their order. Every meal the service was problematically bad. The one thing I was looking forward to the most was a massage after my hike. I paid for a 90 minute massage which was $162. They started late and ended early cheating me out of more than 10 minutes of massage time. The actual massage was the worst I’ve had in my life and was not something I could have even classified as a massage. By the time it was over it left me feeling taken advantage of stressed out and angry.

We had a great experience here. We were only staying for one night but it was a pleasure. It’s a family owned business and they treat you like family. We had a very complicated shuttle to organize in our next city we were travelling to and couldn’t seem to find anyone to pick us up from the airport. The hotel owners went out of their way to call contacts they knew there and they arranged everything for us and it worked out perfectly. They are the kind of people you feel lucky to meet while travelling and I would stay there anytime I am in punta arenas!

A small and pleasant place in a convenient location. The breakfast was very good but the best thing was the pleasant staff who spoke good English and were very helpful and friendly. Did need to carry bags up and down stairs but the staff are happy to help.

Great service in a cozy, conveniently located B&B
Great service. Convenient location. Very cozy, especially when the wind is howling in Punta Arenas. We were able to leave small bags with Innata while doing multi-day treks in the area, which was very helpful. Excellent breakfast.

We arrived after a 12hour bus journey. Check in process was incredibly slow. The man welcoming us was very friendly but seemed a bit disorganised. We had emailed prior to arrival about day trips the following 2 days. Also seemed a bit unclear about the details on these. Ultimately it seemed reservations had been made but we still had to get to the ticket office to book/pay anyway. Room itself was ok. We were in a separate building on the back. It was quite noisy. Could hear other guests on stairs / in kitchen area. But bed was comfortable and managed to sleep ok. Breakfast starts at 7. We stayed 3 nights and didn’t manage to get the full breakfast any morning as all trips left before 7. I suspect most tourists to punta arenas are planning early day trips - it’s a shame there is no room to move the breakfast time when aware most guests are leaving early. Ie 6am would be a good time. They do leave out some cereals and breads for self service style breakfast but these had been used up most mornings. As everyone seemed to be leaving before the 7am official breakfast start time. There is not a staff member present 24hours a day. It’s an ok place to stay. Perhaps not worth the price. Especially if you are planning day trips and would miss a cooked breakfast. Easy fixes for me would be to bring forward breakfast time to 6 and to have reservation printouts ready for guest arrivals.

Nice and homey
Actually we are not staying normally in Hostels and did not intend to. But this one is somewhat an upgrade towards a hotel with private rooms with private bathrooms. We had to carry the baggage to 3rd floor (the manager helped). The small parking lot requires to leave the key for cars shuffling. The street appearance a bit shabby. However, the manager was extremely nice and pleasant and talkative and gave a homey feeling. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

Amazing choice for your stay in Punta Arenas
This place was fantastic. King bed was insanely comfortable with great linens. The staff assisted with travel arrangements, bag storage while we hiked in Torres del Paine and recommended a great restaurant (La Marmita) that we ended up eating at twice.
