The studio is located in a terraced house built in 2004, was renovated in 2015 and is practically furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property onto the courtyard and its quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: garden furniture.

 and leads over an internal stair directly in the vestibule with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:  
**1st floor**: Living room / bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 double bed, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 2 persons. You have access to the balcony. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with dinette, TV, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 2 persons. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom 5 sqm, not heatable and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.  
 **2nd floor**: Anteroom In the anteroom  
 In addition, your studio is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna and satellite.
