You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Boutique style house in southern Spain to enjoy outdoors

House with garden, private pool. large chillout terrace and parking.   
The exterior of the house is surrounded by artificial garden very pleasant to the contact with the feet and with a lot of shade of large trees.  
A lot of tranquility and silence in the urbanization .Ideal to relax  
Free fiber optic and wiffi  
The house has 2 outdoor terraces one at the entrance of the house and another very large (solarium chillout) on the top floor.  
Kitchen integrated in living room with a modern and new sofa and a second sofa which is also a very comfortable bed for a third person.   
Pets and children under 12 are not allowed, the pool is not fenced.  
The property has parking for only one car but has the public parking urbanization.  
The house has air conditioning hot / cold in the living room and bedroom independent and silent.  
The pool with outdoor shower, large umbrella and sun loungers.  
Inside the kitchen complete with small fridge, electric cooking plate and hot water heater. There is no dishwasher.   
The bathroom is divided, the shower and the sink in one bathroom and the bidet and toilet in another bathroom.  
In the living room there are 2 sofas one with chaise longue and another sofa-bed.  
The double room with double bed, dressing table, shoe cabinet and large closet with mirrors with window that looks out onto the garden and the pool.  
New furniture since the house has been recently renovated
