"Rooms were clean! You had to wash your towels and take out your own trash. Maid doesn’t come for 7 days and we were staying 5 days. This was not Told to us until day two of that night when asking for more towels. The ice maker didn’t work and the maintenance brought us a bag of ice and said he would come back. Never seen him again! It is a great place to stay but you are just like you home with washing towels, taking out trash and changing beds if you choose to! The parking was great and had utensils to cook with! "

"My wife and daughter stayed in a room that when taking a shower the water won’t drain. I the point that my daughter showered at her dorm and my wife had to do wipe off in the sink. Bought it to the attention of the front desk to have someone come and fix it or to move room. And she was told moving to another room would have the same problem without checking and he would place a work order for Monday. See that my wife flew in Wednesday and was leaving Saturday. So she had to deal with it the whole time!!! Unacceptable!!!!!"

"Uncleaned filthy rear entrance, vestibule. Room carpet filthy, ceiling from ac vent dusty. Needs a deep cleaning. However, the bed linens and towels smelled clean; the garden tub worked well. One of the clean beds was busted and it shifted. Metal shards from the bed poked out on both sides and cut the legs every time you get close. Room maids stationed their cart in the middle of the aisle so you couldn’t squeeze past. (Poorly trained). The front facade appears inviting but the rear facade is unkept. The grounds & parking lot around were run down in back. A few shady characters were hanging around in and out of rooms as if doing something unethical or illegal. "

"This motel exceeded my expectations. The room I stayed in during Mule Days 206) was right up the steps on the corner. There was very little foot traffic in front of my door and I left the door open some because the weather was nice. The room was clean, if a little worn and dated, and the towels were replaced daily. It was convenient to everything I wanted to do in Columbia, TN, downtown, food and festival. I planned ahead and brought my own coffee maker and coffee plus my favorite pillow which was good since there was not a coffee pot in the room. The bed was comfortable and the sheets appeared clean, so sleep was good! Breakfast was cereal with toast or bagel, so I went elsewhere. One night when I needed plastic wear to eat my takeout the desk clerk got out what I needed. To have booked my stay on the day of the beginning of a festival weekend, it turned out very well."

"The place was very clean , the staff was nice. The guest were super loud you can here talking people stomping around all night . The grab and go meal a all they had were stail granola bars and nasty chocolate chip muffins. The tea selection was good."

"We booked at this hotel. Our travel baseball team had a game at the Sportsplex. The rooms were very clean and nice. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly which made checking in and out easy. I will definitely stay here again. "

"Dated, in need of a refresh. Grimy corners in rooms, etc. Sink slow to drain. Shower lever wouldn't go full to get full pressure. Coffee maker didn't work. Person at desk was on the phone the whole time during check-in. Liked that we could park right in front of the room, decent area for the dog. Breakfast normal hotel fare, not bad. Stayed here twice, probably will spend more next time to get a better experience."

"The beds were so comfortable and everything was so clean and neat. The breakfast bar had great coffee and really nice yogurts. The staff were very polite."
