Our 4 season cabin is in the heart of the salmon, ice fishing, and snowmobiling capital of New York. We are a boaters paradise in the summer with the boat launch across the street and our privately owned dock to keep your boat. Sandy Pond State Park is minutes away with beautiful sand beaches. At the end of the day, cook a home cooked meal in our cook\`s kitchen which is fully appointed & includes a coffee bar. 2 King beds, Queen bed and pull out trundle twin mattress 1 Bathroom with newly remodeled stand up shower Full Bar area with fireplace, dart board & tv Fully stocked kitchen Whole access to house. Access to water and deck Heather will be available anytime via message on the platform. Quiet Neighborhood with Restaurant/Bar across the street Steps away from ice fishing and boat launch Minutes away from the Pulaski/Boylston snowmobile trail S52 12 min drive to Douglaston Salmon Run 10 minutes to the village of Pulaski We highly recommend you purchase trip insurance $100 extra will be added on for extreme shedding dogs. The fee goes to the cleaners for the extra work needed after a dog stays. Please pick up all dog waste from yard. Please use provided waterproof dog blankets if they will be on couch or beds. No unregistered visitors. Registered guests only. Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. No visitors or overnight guests unless prior approval is granted through the Airbnb platform. • A registration form, including a hot tub waiver is required to be filled out to stay at this property • No smoking or vaping inside the home. • No illegal substances or illegal activity on the property. We arrived to the cottage with music playing, fresh flowers throughout, chocolates on the pillows and fireplace scenes on all the TV’s. Felt like entering a high class hotel and spa!! The cottage has everything you need to enjoy your vacation including necessary essentials like full size hand soap, lotion, beach towels, and anything you might need to prepare meals. The owner was super responsive to returning contact whenever we reached out to her. We were concerned about how well our non-verbal autistic son would adjust to staying in the rental which we discussed with her and we felt better about giving it a try. Has everything you need. Lots of space, full kitchen, large dining area, nice porch in the front to view the pond. 3 spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds.
