Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Das Objekt entsprach genau der Beschreibung, ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ruhige und zentrale Lage von der aus sich viele tolle Ausflüge starten lassen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Moderne Unterkunft mit großen Außenbereich

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Die Vermieterin ist total nett. Die Terasse, der Garten und der Grill stehen zur Alleinnutzung bereit. Dies war der Ort an dem wir die meiste Zeit verbracht haben. Der Außenbereich ist gepflegt, ausgestattet mit modernen Gartenmöbeln und bietet sehr viel platz. Im Garten gibt auch zwei Schildkröten und eine Katze. WLAN funktioniert super. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Vollwertige Küche inkl. Spühl- und Waschmaschine. Von der Lage her ist es Zentrum nah und ruhig. Man läuft ca. 25 Min in die Innenstadt, zu Strand sind es 45 Min. Da es in Pula so gut wie keine Ampeln gibt, sondern nur Kreisverkehre fährt man mit dem Auto ca. 5 min in die Stadt und zum Strand ca. 10. Fußläufig sind mehrere Supermärkte im Umkreis der Wohnung zu finden. Alle Zimmer bis auf die Schlafzimmer sind mit Steinboden ausgestattet, wodurch es auch an heißen Tagen angenehm kühl in der Wohnung ist. Eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer ist vorhanden. Einziger Kritikpunkt an der Unterkunft ist, dass eins der beiden Schlafzimmer ein sehr weiches Bett hat. Wir bedanken uns bei Mrs. Rosanda für den tollen Aufenthalt und für das Geburtstagsgeschenk! :)
