  • Contemporary Spacious two bedroom apartment, large terrace leading to your own 10 metre heated PRIVATE POOL, overlooking the enclosed garden. Lovely woodland views, very private location, but within 10 minutes of shops.

    Close to Villeneuve Sur Lot. and the medieval village of Pujols. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, indoor dining area, plus large outdoor dining terrace with BBQ.

    Very well located to discover the many delightful villages, markets, chateaus, marche gourmand (night markets) etc.
    40 minutes from Bergerac Airport.

    Très bel endroit pour se détendre et se ressourcer, dans la verdure et avec piscine privative

    Appartement RDC spacieux, disposant de 2 vraies chambres, au calme et avec vue arborée. Les propriétaires vivent au 1er étage mais sont particulièrement discrets, tout en étant attentionnés... merci Julie pour les délicieux cakes <3. Vraie "privacy" sur toute la terrasse, qui offre de nombreuses combinaisons de détente pour profiter au mieux de la belle piscine en surplomb (chauffée et à usage exclusif des locataires) et de la vue. A recommander!
