  • House about 65 m2, - 10 minutes from downtown La Rochelle, beautifully decorated and fully equipped.
    The house consists of a living room, a kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker nespresso ...), a bathroom with bath, two bedrooms (bedroom 1 with a bed of 140cm, bedroom 2 with two beds of 90cm), two toilets, a small private garden and a pool to share with the owners and another cottage 2 pers. (heated pool from May to September, secure but not monitored).
    The linen is provided as well as the basic products (tea, coffee, sugar ...)
    The house is located in a quiet area of the town of Puilboreau, with many shops nearby, and the city center of La Rochelle - 10min.

Superbe location

Nous avons passés de super vacances, la location était propre et bien équipé. Très proche du centre ville ( environ 10/15min), calme. Parfait pour passer des vacances en famille. La piscine est grande. Pour les sportifs il y a plusieurs pistes cyclables et plusieurs chemins pour aller courir. Propriétaires discrets et sympathiques.

De la réservation au départ, tout s'est très bien déroulé. La maison est très agréable, jolie, bien placée, proche de tous les commerces et à 10 minutes du centre ville de La Rochelle. L'accueil est très sympa et la piscine, géniale. Notre séjour s'est vraiment très bien passé avec les conseils avisés des propriétaires sur les sites à visiter. Nous reviendrons très certainement.

Location très agréable, bien équipée et propre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour et notre fils a adoré retrouver chaque soir les poules, canards, lapin etc.. dans le jardin.

Super Haus mit Pool

Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtetes Haus in einem ruhigen Stadtteil. Es war alles da was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Mit dem Mann von Marie-Amelie konnten wir uns in Englisch verständigen. Leider gab es nur französisches Fernsehen. Ein Highlight für uns waren die Haustiere der Vermieter, ein Hund und eine Katze. Die schauten gerne rein und verweilten auch im Haus. Einfach super! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und danken Marie-Amelie und ihrem Mann für die sehr freundliche Aufnahme und nette Begegnung.
