The property is very convenient to the center of Puerto Villimil. The staff is warm, friendly and very helpful. The daily breakfast is a good option Everything was kept very clean and serviceable. It was a good value for the money. For a happy hour try the Pink Iguana at the other end of the street.

Property was basic for my needs. My room was above communal area so you could hear talking and playing pool at night, so slightly in convenient if your up early for excursions. Request a room away from there and should be fine

My stay was amazing! Loved everything about this hotel. The location is great - close to the beach/pier and everything else. My wifi wasnt working, but then i realized that wifi was working anywhere on the island. My favourite hotel out of all the ones i ve stayed in galapagos! Would definitely come back. Breakfast was awesome and of an enormous size

Por motivo de refaccion fuimos derivados al ISAMAR LUXURY SUITES donde nos recibió Severo que resulto un excelente anfitrion . Tuvimos una estadia escepcional a orillas del mar con habitacion amplia luminosa y limpia. Re comiendo ampliamnete este alojamiento y agradezco a Severo su bospitalidad que nos permitio sentirmos como en casa y nos brindo toda la informacion para excursiones comidas y como movernos en Isabela!

the top floor of this hotel is being converted and is a building site from 7am to 7pm. There was no notification of this at the time of booking nor when I arrived. I had to move out and whilst the staff were more willing to assist, the owner clearly just wanted to make money. The communal areas over look a revolting looking yellow/brown swamp area.

This is owned by the host on site, and they are super friendly. The location is about 15-20 min taxi ride from center of Santa Cruz island.

Rooms good but building incomplete

(Feb 2015) This is like an offshoot of their beachfront resort. Set a short walking distance back from their premier property. Rooms were clean & fresh but the building itself was unstaffed and incomplete. Felt safe enough though. Has a lot of potential as a budget option.

初めてのイザベラ島に5泊滞在

このホテルでは、本館でまずチェックインをして別館の部屋に滞在。本館の場所は、海沿いのため、ボート乗り場から道なり10〜15分徒歩。その道を左に曲がり海まで出た左手に本館がある。地図で事前に要確認。部屋は、2階の角部屋。3ベッド、冷蔵庫、エアコン、バルコニー有り。バルコニー選択可。水回りがとても綺麗。部屋は、とにかく綺麗ですごく快適。日当たり◯シャワー水圧◯ただお湯ではなくぬるま湯。毎日ハウスキーピング有。一階ロビーに水サーバー有り飲み放題◯マイナス点、Wi-Fiロビーのみ激遅。その他、3階より上の階がまだ建築中？屋上に何故かハンモックがあり海を眺められる◯ 立地は、センターから近いため特に困ることはないが、ガラパゴスの中で物価が一番高く感じた。 ちなみに帰りも、早朝からボート乗り場までいちおう歩いて行ける距離。

Hotel acogedor y moderno con excelente ubicación

Fue amena la estadía, camas muy comodas. Es una extension del Red Mangrove, por lo que para recepcionarmos tuvimos que dirigirnos a alli, al Lodge Isabela. La playa se encuentra a unos 100 mts. Y se pueden utilizar las instalaciones como sombrillas, reposeras y toallas que provee red mangrove. Tiene todas las comodidades, excepto tv. Es un hotel recomendable!

Clean, comfotable rooms...but no front desk staff

For the price we paid, the hotel was very nice. A new facility with a sister property where we were also able to enjoy the beach front access and the café. It isn't right in town, but just an easy stroll to restaurants and shops down the main drag. The only negative part of our stay was when we arrived at 10am there was no one at the desk to check us in. We decided to put our bags in the corner of the lobby and being on the optimistic side we decided that we could trust nothing would be tampered with or taken...when we returned after 4 hours, we were happy to see that our luggage and belongings were untouched. But once again there was no one at the desk to check us in. By then we were disappointed. I had remembered that the "Cally" property was a sister hotel to another Red Mangrove hotel nearby. We decided to look for that hotel and inquire about check in. We had even a difficult time locating that site after walking around the area and asking a few people we came across. Finally we stopped into a 'dive shop' and they instructed us where to go. Sure enough we were able to check in there and the woman told us that no one works the desk at "Cally" on the weekends.
