South madryn is a cozy duplex designed and built in a very functional way has everything that a standard family needs to feel comfortable and relaxed, with one and a half full bathroom 2 bedrooms with very good mattresses and prepared of excellent beds for a unique rest has a complete cosina equipped for culinary use also a living room and dining room with wifi internet service and television full hd 4k   
South madryn duplex is located in a central area two blocks from the sea the neighborhood is very quiet residential of pioneer families of the area a few blocks is the plaza principal and walking 5 minutes from the pier and the area of tourist attractions   
You can walk every morning two blocks away and enjoy the most iconic dawns of Patagonia   
In the afternoon you can enjoy the culinary offer of autor restaurants in the area .
