The staff were friendly and professional, in particular Gonzalo who helped with travel advice and nothing was too much trouble. The outdoor pool was a welcome relief from the heat of the day and we made full use of it. The front desk staff was helpful. However, he was the only staff that can speak English. The hotel should hire more staff as him, which can solve the communication problem. The hardware of hotel is good, especially the garden. But the service needs improvements. The breakfast is better than expected.
