Ground Floor in the middle of Pollensa Bay

  • The apartment is located in a very quiet area, just opposite the bay of Pollença. Renovated in 2018, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large terrace with sea views. The sea is just across the apartment.
    Large and bright sitting/dining area and open kitchen.
    Easy access area, great for parking.
    Nice walk to the center of Puerto Pollensa, there are some restaurant very close. Being located almost in the center of the bay there is always a nice sea breeze that makes the stay in the apartment very pleasant.
    Perfect place for water sports lovers.
