Mogan is the most beautiful little village , and the Hotel cordial mogan playa was a dream . Everything you need is there , from facilities to food to entertainment to staff it had it all . I will definetly be returning back at least once a year for the amazing sunshine and blissful surroundings . Highly recommended .

I stayed at this hotel for a week over Easter with my elderly mother and 8 year old daughter and I can honestly say it was probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. We really enjoyed our stay. All our hotel requests were granted and our suite was divine. The hotel is in a convenient position overlooking the marina (great for various boat trips) and close to the excellent beach. There is also a large bus station nearby from which other parts of the island (including the capital, Las Palmas) are accessible. La Aldea Suites is in San Nicolas, a low key and simple town, but with a mountainous backdrop that is peaceful and very scenic. From arrival, the reception staff, the cleaning, restaurant,bar staff were all very friendly, the food was excellent, hot food was hot. No shortage of anything, and free bus down to the beach was ver welcoming as the hotel sits high up. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel staff are great . They dpeak many languages and communication skills are perfect . At the weekends the hotel gets full of locals and gets s bit loud but its to be expected . Overal very good value for monry

All good. Great fun events for children. Pool area is lively and supervised, but there’s also plenty of quiet areas for relaxing in the sun. Great range of choices for all meals in main restaurant; didn’t use the snack bar.

The hotel is huge and takes a bit of getting used to to get around it but the staff cannot do enough to help, whether in the restaurant or house keeping. It is situated across the road from the beach, and the promenade walk to nearby Maspalomas is lovely. Breakfast offers a great selection of food, all tastes catered for. We stayed on Las Pitas for three days. We had great time. I really recomended and will be back. We didnt pay a lot for room but we have everything from Maine hotel. Breakfast was like a feast. I never experience suche a good brakfast. All Staff great. No waiting and people around very polite. I recomend for families as there is a lot to do for kids.

Superb hotel in the best location on the island. Lovely rooms, sea views, great food and drinks all delivered by a great team. This is the second time I have stayed here and I will be back.

Upon arriving at the hotel you will be just shell shocked with it's size and beauty, it has the best entrance to a hotel I've ever been too and I've visited a lot of hotels! We loved our stay. Clean, lovely pools, kids enjoyed the slides, arcade and activities. Food was lovely and enjoyed that we could walk to the beach and then up to the town I would highly recommend

The location and generally restful ambience of this hotel makes it our favourite place to stay in this resort. Staff are caring, friendly and professional. We feel genuinely welcome. The Neptuno is a relatively small hotel with an over 18s policy. The hotel is very gay friendly though has a very mixed clientele by age, orientation and nationality. Many people book a similar week each year to meet up with friends they have made at the hotel.
