I have stay there before -- they are very helpful - but the room is not to clean - I had executive room- bedroom carpeting floor - they did not vacuum at all days I was there ! I ask the cleaner gentleman to vacuum, allergy to dust!! never clean!!

This is my favorite hotel brand where they are present. The Lima Miraflores location is central, close to the beach, Larco Mar, restaurants and shopping. The hotel services and staff are the best and they project luxury all the way along with a very personable approach to their clients. Their room cleaning service are the best. They have an extensive Peruvian breakfast. I also have their rewards and member loyalty club account and their client service manager treats us like gold. I highly recommend Innside Melia Miraflores, Lima 100%.
