"The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and everything worked like it should. The ice machine on our floor was out of order the entire three day stay. There were black spots on the blanket which was a little concerning, but the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. ..."

"Relatively new property. Good layout. Heavy congestion around property. Only 1 employee behind desk. All luggage carts were being used, so had to wait for 30+ minutes till one became available. Many guests do not return carts. I had 2 160 lb. Coolers to put in my room and couldn’t carry them myself. ..."
